Affordable Housing
Swift Current Housing Authority offers safe & affordable housing. Social housing is intended for seniors, families and individuals with low to moderate incomes, and people living with disabilities. Tenants are provided with rent that is geared to their household income.

Our properties are managed under Senior and Social Housing Programs. Each program is designed to ensure that safe, adequate housing is available to those who could not otherwise afford it and/or to provide comfortable housing to those who are nearing the age of retirement.
About Us
SCHA delivers public housing programs on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC). The Swift Current Housing Authority is often an initial point of contact for individuals and families needing access to Social Services. We seek to coordinate with all supporting agencies for the betterment of the most vulnerable of our population.
